Working on aluminum after market Pontiac valve covers, didn’t get the polishing results that I’d hoped for, but satisfactory.

Good products but poor customer service

I'm giving this low review based on a complete lack of customer support. I posted the same question to the "info at sharkhidestore" email address on their homepage (can't post email address here as it gets deleted) 3 times over two weeks and never received a response. Those of you doing research know that there is lots of conflicting info out there regarding how to "properly" use Sharkhide products. I decided to go to the experts, and they left me down. As for the product it has the exact same color, smell, consistency, and it produced identical results to Flitz. I posted my questions to Flitz and they responded within 18 minutes. I tried both Flitz and Sharkhide polish side by side on the same surface and the results were identical. It does what it is supposed to do... polishes metal.

Unfortunately e-mail isn't always a perfect process. We have had issues with things going to spam, not getting delivered, etc... I would ALWAYS recommend a phone call, we do strive to answer, or return all calls ASAP. Sorry we never saw or replied to the e-mails. I'm glad the product worked the same, and the results are what they should be. It does just that, it polishes metal.

Best I’ve ever used

I’ve used a lot of polishes and wasted money just wish I had found this a long time ago !
