Exactly what is included
- Metal Protectant: 1 quart — one 1-quart container of liquid Protectant.
- Aluminum Cleaner: 2 quarts — two 1-quart bottles.
- Metal Polish: 2 lb — one 2 lb container.
Is this enough for my boat?
This kit is usually sufficient for a standard pontoon. A tritoon needs additional product; do not assume one kit covers the whole project. Actual use depends on boat size, surface area, condition and application. See the quantity guide to plan your order.
Choose the preparation your surface needs
Aluminum Cleaner is for suitable oxidized or stained aluminum. It can whiten the metal and is not recommended for new aluminum without Product Support guidance. Polish only when a brighter finish is wanted. Follow each product's current label for preparation, residue removal and safety.
Use the right applicator
Apply Cleaner with an adjustable trigger bottle as directed on its label. Apply Polish by hand or with suitable polishing equipment. Wipe liquid Protectant onto clean, dry metal with a clean, white birdseye flatfold cotton cloth. Do not put liquid Protectant in a trigger bottle or garden sprayer.
Wait 48 hours between coats of liquid Protectant. Follow each product’s own label; Aerosol timing does not apply to the liquid.
Cleaner spray bottles and cotton applicator cloths are sold separately.
